The Training & Placement cell of institute attempts to offer common platform and facilitating students to create their future by helping on campus employment. It is our effort to explore the best paths of opportunities in the track of planning their Careers and being prosperous. The cell is actively involved in industrial training, project work and placement of students.

The objective of T&P cell is to bridging between pharmaceutical industry and academic institute for better development of pharmacy students and makes them employable.

• To look after the training and placement activities of students.

• To have close link with industry for placement of students.

• To work in consultation with the coordinator of Central Placement Cell for organizing events related to training and placements

• To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

• To arrange training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using internal and external expertise

• To make contacts with HR departments to pharmaceutical companies and forward resumes for suitable job position.

• To arrange placement training and aptitude test for pharmacy student to have better prospect and career growth.

• To organize the Industrial visit for up gradation of current scenario in the technology of pharmaceutical sector.

• The students would get an opportunity to have exposure to the emerging technologies.

• Some of the students may even come to a clear understanding that such sub-areas exist in their area of activity such they would visualize their career in those areas.

• Mini projects and Term papers are introduced in order encourage positive compartmentalization of learning and to offer replicated industrial operations.

• In addition to all the above, teachers offer counseling individually or in small groups

• We are maintaining separate Career & Guidance section in the library. There we are maintaining competitive magazines and books for the GPAT, GRE, TOFEL, IELTS, and year books for the use of Students.

• The students have been utilizing the infrastructural facilities and training offered by the college pertaining to higher studies and with regard to mould their career.

• Many of those students appearing at the said examinations for executing higher studies abroad secured respectable ranges and scores.

• Our students have been doing well at GPAT obtaining admission into PG courses in Pharmacy at various prestigious institutions.
